Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at imfessentials@gmail.com with:

• Your order number
• Clear photos of the issue

We will gladly replace the item or issue a refund when applicable.

IMF Essentials Luxe is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier. Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
